One 45-minute strategy session built around your values, your vision, and your very real next chapter.
I've been there — booked and busy from sunup to sundown, making sure everyone else's needs are taken care of. But behind the scenes, exhausted. It took design thinking to help me find the energy leaks and reclaim my own life. That's exactly what we do together.
High achievers who are committed to designing their next chapter rooted in their values. You are brilliant at building systems for organizations, teams, and communities. And you have almost no intentional system for yourself.
Are you managing everyone else's priorities while yours go unwritten?
Are you approaching a major transition — and terrified of making the wrong move?
Do you have brilliant ideas that never seem to become reality?
Is exhaustion the current proof of your commitment?
Are you ready to stop reacting to your life and start designing it?
Booked and busy from sun up to sundown — blessed to have a family, a dynamic school community, loved ones who need me. But behind the scenes, I'm exhausted and I can't tell where the energy leaks are. I used design thinking to prototype new boundaries and reclaim personal space. That's what we do together.
Facing major life transitions — professional and personal — unsure of what the future looks like, overwhelmed by limitless choices and terrified of the wrong one. Design thinking tools allowed me to experiment with low-stakes, high-leverage steps. Scary, irreversible leaps became manageable, measurable tests.
Brilliant ideas turning to dust. I knew what I wanted to have, be, or do — but couldn't make it happen. Over time, my dreams started to feel more and more like fantasy. Design thinking showed me how to break down overwhelming goals into immediate, measurable, testable steps that actually move.
We establish your non-negotiable compass — a clear, prioritized hierarchy of the values that will serve as your filter for all future decisions. Career. Relationships. Time. All of it.
We stop wasting energy on symptoms and precisely locate the systemic blockages — habits, relationships, career tracks — that are undermining your success and happiness. You leave knowing exactly where the leaks are.
We build your 90-day roadmap. Not an overwhelming plan — a validated, low-risk sequence of the highest-impact steps. Moving you from overwhelming possibility to confident, strategic action.
Before the sessions, you feel like a passenger in your own high-speed vehicle — reacting to the urgent demands of the day, the year, the career track you defaulted into. The transformation looks like taking the wheel back.
The client moves from exhausting, diffuse ambition — trying to achieve everything for everyone — to a surgical, value-driven focus. You can immediately decline a demanding request without guilt, because you recognize it violates your Value Compass.
Instead of quitting your job on a whim or committing to a two-year investment, you test a low-stakes prototype — like using your executive skills to volunteer two hours a week, or blocking one day a month for creative solitude.
Working with Kalimah is a profound process. The work she does pushes you to see your life is a sculpture and yourself as Michelangelo, attempting to remove everything that isn't the beautiful life you actually want.
Her framework shifted how I approach goal-setting, turning something that once felt like a struggle into a clear, actionable path. She has a rare ability to be both honest and deeply supportive. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and equipped with meaningful steps aligned with my life vision.
In just 45 minutes, my life has already begun to transform. Kalimah has a way of making you feel genuinely seen and understood. I walked away with a clear, realistic plan — this session was impactful, affirming, and motivating.
Kalimah is insightful and excels in interpersonal relationships. I feel really seen and supported when I meet with her. She has really thought out her process so that she can help people figure out what they want and strategize concrete ways to get there.
Kalimah's Life Strategy Design session gave me absolute clarity and direction. The process was structured, thoughtful, and surprisingly deep — especially naming and working through fears that can quietly block progress. I left grounded, energized, and clear on what I want next.
The three-session structure is deliberately designed for momentum and real-world testing. A single long session often leads to information overload. We dedicate 45 minutes to high-intensity strategy and leave time between sessions for crucial design homework — allowing you to prototype and test in your real life before the next session begins.
It's Life Design — which encompasses both. We use your core values as the compass for all decisions, ensuring changes in your career, relationships, and habits all support the same intentional life you want to design. This moves well beyond one-dimensional career advice.
The most successful people often face the greatest challenge: Default Drift. You are highly effective at executing systems for your organization — but you may have defaulted into a life that no longer serves you. We apply your executive planning skills to your personal life, identifying friction points and designing a strategy as intentional as your professional one.
Two primary deliverables: (1) A Defined Value Compass — a clear, prioritized hierarchy of non-negotiable values that filter all future decisions. (2) A 90-Day Prototyping Roadmap — a validated, low-risk action plan detailing your next 3–5 high-leverage steps to move from your current state to your desired future.
Just yourself and an honest answer to this question: what is the one area of your life that is creating the most friction right now? You don't need to have it figured out — figuring it out together is the work. Come ready to think openly and to be challenged with care.
The single session is designed to give you a complete, actionable foundation — a Value Compass and one high-leverage next step you can implement immediately. Many clients find this is enough to break through the block they've been carrying. For those who want to go deeper, additional sessions are available and can be booked anytime. We'll discuss what's right for you at the end of your session.
